I'm Jennifer Gilmore

Hi, I’m Jennifer Gilmore - photographer, business owner, and mentor for photographers ready to grow.

I started Gilmore Studios in 2002 with no roadmap - just passion, a camera, and a love for business. Now, I help photographers build profitable, streamlined studios without the guesswork.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’ve been there and I’m here to help you go further, faster.

After years of running fully booked, high-end Santa sessions, I realized most photographers were either undercharging, overwhelmed, or unsure how to create a magical experience that made money and have clients coming back year after year.

I designed the Santa Experience Workshop to give you everything I wish I had when I started - from pricing and planning to workflow and wow-factor. Because yes, Santa sessions can be joyful and wildly profitable… with the right roadmap.

How It All Came

I never set out to become a coach. I just started helping other photographers the same way I wish someone had helped me when I was figuring things out.

Over time, photographers began reaching out - asking how I booked repeat clients, ran profitable mini sessions, or managed a business that actually supported my life (not the other way around).

And I realized: I love this. Helping others grow their business, find clarity, and feel confident again? It’s just as fulfilling as picking up my camera.

So now, I’m sharing what I’ve learned over the last 20+ years - not because I have all the answers, but because I’ve been in the messy middle and found my way through it. And I know you can too.
